About Bree

Breeanna Phillips is a devoted wellness guide dedicated to helping individuals find balance, joy, and self-discovery through the power of breath work and the natural world. With a background in body movement, personal coaching and mindfulness practices, Bree's work focuses on the intersection of mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She firmly believes that by cultivating a deep connection with our breath and the Earth, we can open our hearts and tap into our highest potential.

Coaching Journey:
Bree’s commitment to empowering others through body movement led her on a journey to yoga, meditation and breath work. After a decade spent as a fitness and wellness coach, she shifted her focus from physical, to emotional and Spiritual well being. In June of 2020 she completed her level 4 Healer Training and certification with David Elliott. Through her one-on-one and group sessions, she guides individuals towards self-discovery, helping them connect with their intuition and overcome barriers. By incorporating breathwork, flower essences, and divination, Bree helps her clients cultivate self-love, confidence, and a deep sense of self-awareness.
