Greetings, Sweet Beings!
We are excited to reconnect with you under the tender, illuminating glow of the Full Moon in Cancer on January 4th, 2026. As we step into the threshold of a new calender year, this first full moon—the Wolf Moon—invites us home to ourselves.
The energy of this Full Moon in Cancer revolves around nurturance, emotional foundations, and the sacred sanctuary of the heart. While the previous moon encouraged us to speak our truth, Cancer asks us to feel it. This is a potent time to honor our needs for security and belonging, releasing the "shells" or defensive layers that no longer protect us, but instead keep us from true intimacy and self-compassion.
With this lunation we are being called to examine how we care for ourselves and others, ensuring our roots are deep enough to support the growth we envision.
Our Ritual & Plant Ally
Our ritual will call us into a deeper relationship with our emotional intuition. We will work with the watery energy of Cancer to soften where we have become brittle and to nourish our inner sanctuary.
This month, we call on the support of our plant ally: Sagebrush. A hardy survivor of the high desert, Sagebrush is a powerful ally for purification and clearing. It helps us sweep away the "clutter" of the past and the emotional weight that isn't ours to carry.
Community & Connection
Bring snacks and/or tea to share! This is a co-creative space for magic, healing, and connecting with community. We continue to hold a vision of a new earth that moves in right relationship and sacred reciprocity, starting with the way we tend to our own spirits and each other.
Ceremony Details:
3:00–3:15 pm: Arrival, tea, snacks, and settling into the sanctuary.
3:15–4:00 pm: Discussion Prompt: What emotional weights or "old shells" am I ready to shed to feel truly at home in myself? Community shares.
4:00–5:00 pm: Full Moon in Cancer ceremony and Sagebrush plant spirit meditation.
What to Bring:
A journal and pen
A snack or tea to share
